Paraguay: Senate impeached Peña rather than accept his offer to resign

Paraguay's ousted president, Santiago Peña, has been charged over the collapse of Ueno Bank. Initially placed under house arrest, he has since been transferred to a military facility for his own safety. Repayments are now under way, but protests continue as customers demand access to their money. Peña denies any wrongdoing. Jack Pownall reports.
